Equipment Borrowing Policy
- Please, make your online reservation at least 7 business hours in advance at IHS and one week for taking outside of campus.
- For same day reservation, please come to MB38 and fill up the on-spot borrowing form and we will provide the equipment if it is available.
- Please keep in mind that reservations are valid for up to two weeks
- Submitting requests do not guarantee availability
- Tech department will notify you if request can't be made
- If you need to make a reservation for equipment, please do it online. Please, no in-person or phone requests.
- All equipments must be picked up and returned to MB38.
- Please inform the IT Department in advance if you are not going to use the equipment on time. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled after the first 10 minutes of that period.
- Please inform the IT Department immediately if you do not plan to use the equipment; or wish to cancel your reservation, so that it can be available for other teachers.
- If you reserved more than one type of equipment, please pick up and return all the equipment at once.
- If you made a reservation for several periods in the same day, but do not pick up equipment for one of the earlier periods without informing the Tech Dept of your change in plan then we will consider that you are canceling your order for the entire day.
- Please return the equipment on time. Please, inform the IT Department if you need to hold the equipment longer than your requested time.
- Please do not leave the equipment unattended. If in any case the IT Department office is closed, please keep the equipment under your supervision.
- The borrower agrees to take responsibility for securing equipment and materials.
